The Construction Leadership Council has said the "Construction Playbook" aims to embed a new approach to the procurement and delivery of construction projects and programmes, which is more collaborative, engages the whole supply chain, encourages investment in innovation and skills'.


Hosted by Steve Baker - YORhub Joint Chair of Operations, and Fergus Aitken, YORbuild Framework Programme Manager, the two speakers had discussed the playbook, which parts are a new approach and how it can assist procurement.
